This policy describes FLAT LAW FIRM’s personal data processing principles under the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective from 01/01/2026) and related Vietnamese law, applying when clients, investors or users send us information. It applies together with FLAT LAW FIRM’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We apply appropriate management measures to limit unnecessary access and store data for a reasonable period for the processing purposes.

In some files, data may be shared with lawyers, experts, technical service providers or competent authorities when necessary and appropriate.
