    Q&A

    Frequently asked questions

Can I have a preliminary exchange before sending dossiers?

Yes. Initial information helps FLAT determine the work group, priority level and documents to supplement before deeper review.

Do I need to send the entire dossier upfront?

Not necessarily. At the initial step, you can send core documents directly related to the issue to be handled. FLAT will discuss further if supplementary documents are needed.

Does submitting the form mean FLAT has accepted my case?

No. Receiving information or an initial exchange does not automatically establish a lawyer–client relationship. Services are confirmed only after the work scope and related terms are agreed.

In which languages can I communicate?

FLAT can receive and communicate in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
