Step 1: Initial Information

Clients submit requests via website form, email, phone, or Zalo. Required information:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Area of legal need
  • Brief description of the matter

Step 2: Preliminary Assessment (1 business day)

FLAT reviews the scope to determine:

  • Whether the matter falls within our practice areas
  • Whether any conflict of interest exists
  • Complexity level and resources required

Step 3: Clarification Discussion

The responsible lawyer contacts the client to clarify:

  • Objectives to be achieved
  • Parties involved
  • Key timelines
  • Available documents

Step 4: Scope and Fee Proposal

FLAT sends a written proposal including:

  • Specific scope of work
  • Estimated timeline
  • Fee structure (fixed/hourly/retainer)
  • General terms

Step 5: Service Agreement

Both parties sign a legal services agreement before work begins.

Step 6: Implementation and Reporting

  • Execute per agreed scope
  • Regular progress updates
  • Deliver outputs on time

Note: Submitting a form does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. Such relationship is formed only when both parties sign a service agreement.
