Previously served as Assistant to the Board of Directors at a large listed manufacturing group, directly supporting board activities, governance of subsidiary companies, development and review of internal governance frameworks, and major commercial transactions and contracts.
Before establishing FLAT, served as a Senior Associate at a law firm within the network of a major Chinese law firm, focusing on advising investors from China and Taiwan on investments in Vietnam, including market entry, business expansion and exits.
