Accounting, tax & financial compliance coordination
- Corporate accounting and preparation/review of financial statements under VAS; coordination of IFRS reporting needs where appropriate to the scope of work
- Tax finalisation and support during tax inspections/audits
- Payroll, social insurance and personal income tax
- Cost control and cash-flow processes
- Standardising accounting processes and reconciling data for due diligence, restructuring or explanations to authorities as required
